When everyday life started to be affected by my weight, I knew It was time to get serious about getting my weight under control. I spoke to my GP doctor who wanted to put me on a medication. I declined.
I told my daughter that I was looking for a nutritionist to help me lose weight but was not having any luck. She told me about Tall Trainer.
Here I am given the tools I need for success. I use the Vitabot faithfully (food logging program). I rely on the trainers to encourage me to dig deeperand get the most out of every session.
Because of this approach I have lost over 65 pounds over 2 years.
The first improvement I noticed was being able to walk up a flight of stairs with no effort. That was huge. I can remember that feeling of accomplishment and that everything I was doing was worth it.
Then came the time that my brother-in-law needed help taking care of my older sister. She would fall often and the first time I could hold her when she would
start to go down and ease her into a chair without hurting her or myself was another unexplainable feeling.
There are just so many little day to day things that have improved so very much.
I think the hardest thing for me was when I reached that point where it is more difficult to lose weight. When you are up and down a pound or two from day to day. I need to remind myself that it is normal and just stay focused on what has brought me where I am.
The Tall Trainer is more than a place to get yourself in shape. It is a place where friends meet, encourage and pray for each other.
Bobby, thank you!
