Hope you enjoy!
Note- I used to think- "sweet a "healthy" muffin" and give myself permission to eat way more than necessary. Over time I have come to terms with "healthy" is a choice I am making to have better quality ingredients and be in charge of what goes into my body. It is still a treat and not a license to chow down!:) I am sure NONE of you have EVER been there :)
