Gingerbread Overnight Oats!

Uncategorized Nov 06, 2018
You all!  Make this NOW! FOR REAL!  I feel like I am eating cookie dough for breakfast, but it's OK to do!

There is NOTHING like grabbing a jar and a spoon and having breakfast to go on a busy morning.  These oats are LIFE to me when I am super crunched for time.

The recipe below is for ONE jar but I do an assembly line and make anywhere from 3-5 at a time.  They keep for 5 days and then I start to get weirded out by it.  It takes me longer than some to get weirded out then some,  so you may want to try 3 at a time to start :)

Healthy Gingerbread Overnight Oats!
(serves 1)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1/4 tsp. AllSpice
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (I like the vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1-2 tsp. of Molasses (it's a strong flavor with 2 tsp so you may want to start with one)
DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients in a mason jar.  I like to use a canning jar funnel because I am a messy cook.  Put a lid on it. Give it a shake shake shake.  Place in the fridge overnight and DIG IN!

OK-now go make it.  You want this for breakfast tomorrow!
