Stacie Rogers

Stacie's bio:

A little over 5 years ago I was a mom of two little ones who was stressed, overweight, overwhelmed and frustrated. There was so much information and health fads that changed every minute that it was completely overwhelming to wade through that. I punished myself on the treadmill with no changes on the scale. I was stuck and in a dark place. I get emotional whenever I think of that hopeless mom. I wasn't the wife I wanted to be and I wasn't the mom I wanted to be.

My mom had started the Tall Trainer program and couldn't say enough awesome things about it! She started losing weight and feeling so much better about herself and I saw that it had changed her for the better!

Jeremy and Sarah then blessed me with a boot camp month and it totally changed my life. Before, I didn't have the tools to change the direction my health was going. I also had NO exercise class experience besides a failed zumba class. Through the program I was able to acquire knowledge of my nutrition and how to change my body shape safely through exercise. I no longer punish myself through sporadic working out or skip meals to lose a few pounds. Rather I challenge myself and celebrate the strides I've made and look at my health  in terms of progress and not perfection! I've lost over 25#'s and now can deal with my stress and frustration in a much healthier way and feel so much better physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The biggest change I have seen is how I view myself and project that positive self image onto my kids. I am forever thankful to Tall Trainer for giving my life back.

In September of 2018 I came on staff and started answering emails and phone calls of people interested in our program! I work from home so I still get to be with my kiddos and I get paid to talk about something I am passionate about. Anyone who knows me knows talking is a perfect job and I'd love to hear from YOU!

Outside of Tall Trainer:

I am a farmers wife and mom to 3 beautiful children! I love to play with my kids and cheer for them doing their passions. Working  in our gardens is therapy for me and I may or may not our over seed catalogs in the winter months! I am a field editor for Country and Country Extra magazine sharing a little piece of my country life. I am the 2018 Ontario County Fair Pie winner and LOVE to bake and cook and collect recipes! Cooking for people could possibly be the 6th love language. I teach in the 2 & 3 year old room at our church, Lifespring, which feels like a full contact sport at times with lots of laughs and hugs! My calendar is full but making time for exercise is possible!
