Welcome to the Shoulder Pain Resource...

I'm sorry you are here because that means you are dealing with shoulder pain and no one has fun with that. 

I'm glad you are here because you might learn something in this collection that will help you reverse your shoulder pain!!!

This resource is to help you gain new insight into your shoulder pain, to know when it's time to get Physical Therapy or Surgery, and stay in great shape while working around the pain. 

I pray this resource has found you soon enough that your problem can be solved inside of these resources.  If not please don't give up.  PT and Orthopedic Doctors can solve the next level I have been privileged to see both happen.  Keep at it and start here...

STEP 1 -

If you haven't watched the Chronic Pain Presentation yet that is the best place to start.  Key recovery principles are covered and you can't move on until you understand those. 

 

 

STEP 2 -

Now take a look at this anatomy video to help you understand what's happening inside the shoulder. 

 

 

STEP 3 -

Next is some basic tips for the shoulder.  Posture, stretches, exercise cautions.  When it doubt always make the mistake on the side of being too careful.  If something doesn't feel right get with an expert Physical Therapist to make sure you are on the right track. 

 

 

STEP 4 -

Here's a beginning workout that you can do to keep the rest of your body in shape.  If you jump in our refuse average club we can get you access to even more workouts. 

Injuries are very individual so these general recommendations may not apply. If it hurts to do stop doing it.  If it hurts during this workout PLEASE see a Physical Therapist ASAP!  It needs more help then!
