Workout with furniture sliders? 

Yep! 

Like most exercise tools there are a couple exercises that are amazing on the sliders and can't be easily copied using other fitness tools!  

Here are some workouts that you could do if you only had furniture sliders.  (towels work on hard wood or vinyl and paper plates work somewhat on carpet)

If you need sliders we can ship you some or you can buy some at our studio.  $10 for a set of 4.

Resistance (muscle) Workouts

Slider PHA

36 minutes of strength work that keeps your heart rate up.  This is a challenging workout!

Slider Work Work Rest

30 minutes of Strength work.  Big work for the muscles.  Various options and do what you can.  

10 minute quick resistance workout

Basic exercises that can bring a great result.  If you are short on time this one is great!

Slider Metabolic Resistance

32 minutes - Another Resistance Routine that gets muscle and heart.
