Easing Chronic Pain
From the simple to the complicated. If you are in chronic pain it's worth watching. Even an ounce of relief is valuable!
I personally have experience with this. After I ruptured a disc in my lower back it took me years to restore my body. Now I have strategies I use to stay pain free and strong. If I stop them I know it can be back in weeks or months.
