Losing 50, 75, 100, or more pounds is not something you can do in a weekend. Let’s be honest it’s HARD. There’s no gimmicks that can get you there and keep you there. Kris and Megan have been walking this road and have overcome many different obstacles. Highs. Lows. Frustrations. And Triumphs. Bring Questions…I know I’ll be bringin’ mine!
Megan has lost over 100 pounds most in the past year and is going after 10-20 more.
Kris has lost 150 pounds depending on the month she's had. She's been maintaining this loss for years now and still has to pay attention and get serious occasionally.
This is almost a free event. Kris and Megan are not charging for their time. We are not charging for the trainer's time or the location. We just ask that you donate at least $5...hopefully more...to Alex Clark's family to reserve your spot.
