Basics of Exercise

Not knowing this information cost me several injuries.  The application and sharing of this information is what makes our program so incredibly safe.  I consider this a prerequisite to exercise for all humans.  We repeat these reminders every month for our clients (it's that important).  

 

Below is the start of a fitness routine

 

You can alternate between the resistance and cardio daily and do the stretch after each.  This small time commitment can bring pretty surprising results if you stick to it.  If something hurts please stop right away and ask for help.  

 

 

10 Minutes of Muscle Toning Without Equipment

This is a great total body workout in only 10-minutes.  There is no reason you can't fit this into any schedule and it will begin changing and strengthening your body.  

Cardio Indoors Without a Treadmill

Rainy?  Not much time?  No equipment? No problem.  This 10 minute cardio workout will get your heart pumping and calories burning and will be a great boost to your day!

Basic Stretching Routine

This is the routine we use at the end of class in our program.  It is a great stretching routine that becomes amazing when it is done regularly.
