To be honest I feel inadequate to instruct on how to raise kids.  I have a 6 1/2 year old and a newborn.  I'm not going to speak from personal experience much, because it is limited.

What I am going to share will come from hours and hours of working with struggling adults on weight loss and health.  The things they have shared that were helpful and hurtful in their development and research done in this area.  Also, I can't tell you the number of times Mom's have come to me crying because now that they lost weight and feel better they realize how grumpy and irritable they have been with their kids.  Many are scared they are going to pass on their own struggles to their kids.

What do we want for our kids?

Health and Happiness

These are certainly two of the most commonly mentioned desires.  Sometimes well meaning parents can get caught not helping enough or pushing too hard.

Since my daughters will be graduating from Bloomfield CSD in the future I am excited to have the opportunity to help the class of 2019 and anyone in the area who wants to work on this area of their family life.

I hope I get the chance to help you!

It is a family rate because I recommend all adults in your household attend if possible and your middle and high school students will get good help from this too. Younger kids will get bored since I'm not going to dress like barney.
