Very few youth athletes or higher level athletes will make it to the professional ranks.  It's about having fun and staying safe.  There are however plenty of opportunities to increase confidence, learn valuable lessons, and possibly earn a college scholarship.

Adults who want to take their favorite activity or hobby to the next level can also benefit from sports training.  It feels great to out play friends in weekend basketball, hit a lower round on the golf course, or out run the competition in a road race.  Getting the most benefit for the training time available as well as avoiding costly injuries can keep us all in the game longer and with much more success.
