Fitness Background:

Jeremy is a
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Personal TrainerHe Graduated Abilene Christian University with highest honors in the exercise science and the education department.  Jeremy started out his college years as a Pole Vaulter.  He had to retire prematurely due to a torn disc in his lower back.  (You wouldn't know it looking at him)  Today he lives pain free because of posture perfect exercise and stretching.

During his last years in college he started working at a highly successful hospital based fitness center.  He moved quickly into a position as a trainer and within about a year had built a large and thrilled client base.  After training over 1300 hours in one year, he moved on to manage the personal training department.  Needing to spread his knowledge and particular brand of fitness, Jeremy moved back to Western New York and started Tall Trainer Fitness Systems.  Jeremy creates personalized exercise solutions tailored to the individual client.  “It’s important to customize the exercise to the person and not demand the person fit into the exercise.”

Exercise Philosophy

Jeremy believes that first and foremost exercise should be SAFE.  A close second, is that exercise should bring RESULTS.  And last but certainly not least “exercise should be FUN….well…fun-ish.”  Jeremy attacks every session with these ideals.

“The most common reasons for people to give up on exercising is: Injury, Lack of results, and Boring workouts.”
