We offer personal training and small group training in just about every time of the day there is not a boot camp going on.
How do you know if personal training is a fit for you?
First thing is TIME - If you are unavailable for Boot Camp times then perhaps a small group training will work for you. You get near 1 on 1 attention for a lower rate. Small group trainings are 1-4 people. We find that small group training is best for people who work the tougher shifts (overnight, and 3-11). There is also additional flexibility in small groups that isn't possible in Boot Camps. You can do different times on different days if needed.
Not comfortable yet - We work to make boot camp a very welcoming place, but some people are terrified of working out with other people. One on One training would be a great place to start. A private place where no one is looking at you so you can just focus on getting healthier.
Requires Additional Attention - If you have previous injuries and significat issues, one on one training woule be a great place to get those things undercontrol while still getting a workout in.
Want a personalized program - If you want a program that is crafted to your unique personality. Boot Camp is designed to help with toning, weight loss, strength improvements, and energy but if you have very specific desires one on one training might be best.
Want one session with trainer to help improve workouts - This would be more of a consultation and people can get a lot of information to improve in just an hour. This is a great option of someone who is already workout out but wants to make sure they are doing the right stuff.
